Prefer supervisory, foreman or lead person experience. Prefer experience in adult education/instruction, mentoring or experience teaching others. Must be able to handle confidential information appropriately, conceptualize, handle multiple priorities, and apply tact, diplomacy, reason and logic. Working knowledge of power plant operation and maintenance is preferred. Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing required. Must have a valid driver's license. Will provide support services to all Westar Energy power plants requiring occasional overnight travel. Working conditions will vary from plant, substation, field, and office environments.
